Vivienne have vast working experience in the field of Operation, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain involving in various roles across a range of industries such as Multi-Level Marketing, Trading, Manufacturing and Services sector. She is responsible in sales management, product development, channel logistics management, market communications (including advertising and promotion), pricing, market research and customer relationship management.
In this position, she is essentially tasked with understanding the mindsets and capturing the imaginations of consumers, investors, business leaders, and key influencers in the business’s market. She also plays a primary role in leading and driving the marketing department while building strong relationships across the business as well as externally.
She oversees the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels.
Head of AOD
Chris is the Head of Account Operation Department. Under AOD, he works together with his team members to track the progress of the company’s business projects in order to better integrate business analysis into strategic decision-making. Besides, he also responsibility of reconciling data inconsistencies across different departments and ensuring that data is captured accurately in the system. Technology is an integral aspect of our workplace and hence GGIT prioritizes formulating actions to be taken against any cyber-attacks undermining data integrity of its technology system.
Chris strongly believes that protecting the company’s intellectual property from data theft, through manipulation and corruption is crucial for running a successful business. In providing assurance that operations are performed accordingly, AOD plays a primary role in evaluating the different types of risks that could affect a business through data research and analytical support.
Head of Management Information System
Alvin is a competent IT professional who has excellent troubleshooting skills as well as effective interpersonal skills to assist customers with IT issues. He possesses good knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
Alvin’s scope of responsibilities includes managing the day-to-day development and execution of all IT functions and technology infrastructure (servers, workstations, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, cloud computing, etc.), information security and enterprise software, monitoring new and emerging systems and technology, making recommendations to the management on purchases, negotiating with technology vendors and suppliers, leading data reporting and system user training, optimizing the return on technology investments, and effectively planning and optimizing IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance.
Alvin has been in the IT industry for more than 18 years, serving in in various roles across a range of industries.
Head of Customer Service
Aishah joined GGIT in 2016 as a customer service executive, bringing several years of key experience to the role from prior positions in call center environment. Her professionalism including attention to detail, excellent rapport-building skills, and the vitality and energy that she brings to each client engagement resulted in her swift promotion to her current position of Head of Customer Service.
Aishah believes that customer service is an integral part of GGIT’s customer value proposition. As Head of Customer Service, she will always ensure that her team acts as an effective liaison point between customers and the production department making sure that the lines of communication are always open. Aishah designed and implemented feedback loops that enable her team to capture feedback from customers in order to improve customer service and to ensure that her team’s quality and service always exceed customer expectations.
Head of Human Resource
As GGIT’s Human Resource Manager, Michelle is helping to accelerate GGIT’s transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. Under Michelle’s HR leadership, GGIT has instituted innovative solutions for optimizing talent outcomes through the use of a unique hybrid talent management model that combines the competency-based and motivation-based approaches.
Michelle has more than 15 years of corporate experience serving in various capacities in human resource, administration, sales and marketing at several public-listed companies in Malaysia including the Sunway Group and the Farlim Group.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with honours from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Head of Finance
Leong joined GGIT on 21 May 2018 as Finance Manager. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA), United Kingdom and an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), United Kingdom.
Leong has vast working experience in the field of finance, accounting and auditing involving various industries such as financial services, trading, manufacturing and engineering. He started his career in 1989 as an Auditor with Yuen Tang & Co., a Chartered Accountants firm. Subsequently in 1991, he joined Hong Leong Finance Berhad as an Internal Auditor and then in 1993 moved on to Nestle Products Sdn Bhd serving in a similar capacity.
From 1996 to 2000, he was with OCBC Perdana Futures Sdn Bhd as an Operations Manager. Leong then joined Affin Futures Sdn Bhd as a Finance and Settlement Manager until 2002. Prior to joining GGIT, he was with MU-Softmedia Sdn Bhd, a system integration company as Finance and Administration Manager until April 2018.
Head of IT Support
KM is a detail and results-oriented IT professional with above-average critical thinking skills. He is focused on getting results and ensuring a great customer experience for each client. He has an excellent ability to use logic and reasoning to identify issues within a project and remedy those weaknesses until they become strengths.
KM is highly organized, and he understands the importance of a clean workspace and the need to manage time and resources properly. His scope of responsibilities includes monitoring online database security for users and networks, taking appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary, enhancing database performance, performing restores, implementing recovery procedures, handling performance tuning and conducting regular system backups.
KM holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and has been in the IT industry for more than 10 years.
Head of Strategy & Business Development
Gary is a key member of a senior executive group that is responsible for developing strategies for a new era of information technology. These strategies bring together emerging opportunities and business models that GGIT can pursue for sustainable and profitable growth.
As the Head of Strategy & Business Development, Gary is responsible for identifying, engaging and driving strategic partnerships and transactions to accelerate growth for GGIT. Gary works with external partners across the region, ranging from start-ups to large-scale enterprises, to identify areas of collaboration, drive innovation and unlock shared value. In this capacity, he also manages GGIT’s relationship with the venture capital community.
Gary has more than 20 years in the areas of strategy and talent management consulting, corporate banking, IT solutions, training and education, and consumer goods marketing, including tenures at a US-based Big Four consulting firm and a leading offshore bank.
As a consultant, Gary led a team that was appointed by the Prime Minister’s Department to conduct a strategic review of a key education policy initiative. He also led a team to advise a major public-listed conglomerate on talent management strategy and organization development. As an offshore corporate banker, he worked with several Wall Street-based investment banks to review, analyze and market corporate debt securities.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.

MJ is a dynamic leader of software development teams offering more than 12 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar, mission-critical projects. He is skilled in all phases of the software development lifecycle, proficient in translating business requirements into technical solutions, and zealous about quality, usability, security and scalability.
MJ’s personal and professional philosophy of facing and conquering difficult problems has enabled him to lead high-performing teams to create, develop and deliver robust and user-focused solutions with breakthrough efficiency.
MJ is an expert practitioner of several project management methodologies including SDLC, Waterfall, RAD and Agile. He is also very familiar with SAP Business One Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
MJ holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Information Technology from University of Wolverhampton, UK. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Microsoft VB.NET 2005 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Michael manages corporate direction and strategy at GGIT and facilitates company activities in consulting, product development, marketing, customer relationships, alliances and channels. He is also a key member of the Group’s global leadership team that is responsible for the Group’s global business units serving specific markets and industries such as software and IT solutions, e-commerce, blockchain development, and utilities with products designed to help solve the most complex business problems.
Since joining GGIT, Michael has worked to share the Group’s strategy and vision with customers, partners, shareholders, and investors. A notable achievement of Michael was to have led a team that worked diligently to obtain the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status from the Government of Malaysia, a status that is only awarded to companies that have fulfilled a set of stringent criteria.
Michael has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience in various industries including IT solutions, online marketing, training and development, financial derivatives and mortgage reduction consulting.
Michael graduated with double degrees, Bachelor of Science (Accounting) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance), from University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
